Q: Can my jewelry get wet?

A: Fresh water, such as from the rain, a river or lake...and the pool will not harm your piece. Our website shows you that your everyday wear can get wet, but some jewelry pieces cannot get wet. If you have any more questions about this topic, you can email us and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Q: Will my jewelry tarnish?

A: To prevent rose gold and gold-filled jewelry from tarnishing:
Avoid getting any other liquids other than water on your jewelry
Clean it with soap and water, after cleaning it, put it on and dry it off while it is attached to you
Store it in an airtight container such as a small ziplock bag, and also avoid exposure to humidity.

About sterling silver: please note that sterling silver will tarnish faster during humid summers, or when left sitting out in exposed air for long periods of time. 

14K Solid gold: This metal does not tarnish, but like everything else, it can lose its shiny, polished finish. Simply shine it up again using a polishing cloth or jewelry cleaner to return it to its original state.

Q: Can I wear your pieces if I have sensitive skin?

A: Our 14k gold filled has a layer of solid 14k gold over a core of jeweler's brass, making it ideal for most people with sensitive skin.
Everyone has different sensitivities to metals depending on their body's chemistry. Everyone is different. However, we can't guarantee that it is not allergic.

Q: Does your jewelry contain nickel?

A: None of our pieces contain nickel.

Q: Does Coco Wagner Design come with a warranty?

A: Yes! All pieces have a 30 day warranty. Email us right away so we can resolve the issue that you have. 

Q:  Can I cancel or change an order?

A: We hold all of our orders for 24 hours before putting them into production because if you send us the wrong address, you have time to correct it. We do not allow order changes or cancellations after 24 hours.

Q: Can I rush an order?

A: It all depends on where you live, and when you place your order. If you live in the United States, we can rush your orders for you. Usually, we will send out orders in 3-5 days. If you buy shipping upgrades, that is 1-2 days, again, depending on the number of orders. So, if you need your order rushed, please make sure to select a shipping upgrade to use. Also, please email the date you need it by and your order number.

NOTE: I live in Wyoming, a small town one and a half hours away from Yellowstone Park. During winter, deliveries may not be possible every day due to poor weather conditions and heavy snow. As the holiday season is approaching, I kindly request that you place your orders as early as possible.

Q: Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
