Q: Can my jewelry get wet?

A: Many of our everyday wear pieces are water-friendly and can handle fresh water from rain, rivers, lakes—even the pool—without harm. However, some delicate items may not be suited for water exposure. Please refer to the product details on our website for specific care instructions. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us—we’re happy to help!

Q: Will my jewelry tarnish?

• 14K Solid Gold: This metal will not tarnish. However, it can lose its shine over time. Simply buff it with a polishing cloth or use jewelry cleaner to restore its original luster.

• 14K Gold-Filled: This metals are highly resistant to tarnish. To keep them looking their best:

 – Clean gently with mild soap and water, then dry while wearing to prevent water spots.

 – Store in an airtight bag (like a small ziplock) to protect against humidity.

• Sterling Silver: More prone to tarnishing, especially in humid conditions or when exposed to open air. For best results, store it in an airtight container and polish regularly.

Q: Can I wear your pieces if I have sensitive skin?

A: Our 14k gold-filled jewelry has a thick layer of solid 14k gold bonded to a brass core, making it a great option for most people with sensitive skin. That said, skin sensitivities vary from person to person, so while many customers wear our pieces comfortably, we can’t guarantee they’re allergy-free for everyone.

Q: Does your jewelry contain nickel?

A: No, none of our pieces contain nickel.

Q: Is there a warranty on Coco Wagner Design jewelry?

A: Yes. Every piece comes with a 90-day warranty. If something’s wrong, email us right away so we can make it right.

Q: Can I cancel or change an order?

A: Orders are held for 24 hours before production starts. During that time, you can update your address or cancel the order. After 24 hours, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: All of our pieces come beautifully packaged and ready for gifting! Each order includes a jewelry box, a complimentary polishing cloth, and everything is presented in a lovely outer box—no extra wrapping needed.

Q: Can you leave a gift note for the recipient?

A: Of course! Just email me within 24 hours of placing your order, and don’t forget to include your order number. I’ll make sure to add your note to the package!

Q: Do you send a receipt in the package?

A: Nope! We don’t include any order information in the packaging, so don’t worry—if you’re purchasing a gift for someone, all they’ll receive is their beautifully gift-wrapped, handmade jewelry. We do, however, always email the buyer a receipt automatically.

Q: Can I rush an order?

A: It depends on your location and when you place the order. If you’re in the U.S., we can usually accommodate rush orders. Most orders ship out within 3–5 business days, but if you need it sooner, please purchase a shipping upgrade (1–2 days, depending on current order volume). Be sure to email us your order number and the date you need it by so we can do our best to meet your timeline.
