PRODUCTION & SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION TIMES

• All jewelry is handmade to order.

• Current production time is approximately 3–8 business days before shipment.

• During busy seasons, holidays, sales events, or high order volume, processing times may extend to 5–8 business days or longer.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

ADDRESS CHANGES

• Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct before completing the order.

• Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or reroute the package.

• Coco Wagner Design LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

U.S. SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Shipping times below are estimated transit times provided by USPS and are NOT guaranteed delivery dates.

• USPS First Class: approximately 5–8 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: approximately 3–5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail Express: approximately 2–3 business days

Please note:

• Delivery times may vary depending on weather, holidays, carrier delays, rural locations, or other circumstances outside of our control.

• Once a package has been accepted by USPS, Coco Wagner Design LLC is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, delivery exceptions, or transit issues caused by the shipping carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International.

Estimated transit times:

• Approximately 8–20 business days

• Delivery may take longer during holidays or due to customs processing.

Please note:

• Transit times vary by country and customs clearance procedures.

• Once the package arrives in your country, it will be delivered by your local postal service.

• International tracking may become limited once the package leaves the United States.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

• Coco Wagner Design LLC is not responsible for customs delays, fees, refused shipments, or unpaid import taxes.

• Customs policies vary by country, and we have no control over these charges.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

• Coco Wagner Design LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

• We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they are in possession of USPS or the destination postal carrier.

• Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.
