90-Day Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects, including:
• Spring clasp breaking
• Chain disconnecting from the clasp or jump ring
• Stamping errors
• Incorrect sizing
If your item qualifies, we will repair it free of charge.
What’s Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by force or accidents, such as pulling on the chain and breaking it.
If your piece falls outside the warranty, we may still be able to repair it for a small repair and return shipping fee.

Please email us with clear photos of the item.
In the body of your email, include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Once we receive your email, we’ll review it and get you taken care of!
Processing Time Estimate: Repairs typically take 1–2 weeks, plus shipping time.
If your piece isn't fitting perfectly, ship your piece back to us within 30 days of delivery and we will resize it free of charge.
For necklaces and bracelets that are too short, purchasing an extender is a terrific option if you'd like an adjustable length > Chain Extender
