90-Day Warranty
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. Every piece comes with a 90-day warranty beginning on the original purchase date.
The warranty covers manufacturing issues such as:
- A spring clasp that breaks during normal use
- A chain that separates from the clasp or jump ring during normal use
- Stamping mistakes made during production
- An item made in a size different from the size listed on your order
If we confirm that your item has a covered manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it at no charge.
What Isn’t Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by pulling, snagging, impact, accidents, or improper use
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, tarnishing, or discoloration
- Lost or missing items or components
- Incorrect sizing selected when placing the order
- Items altered or repaired by someone else
Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are subject to inspection. We’ll let you know whether the issue qualifies after reviewing the item or clear photos of the damage.
If your piece is no longer under warranty—or the damage isn’t covered—we may still be able to help. Any repair and return-shipping fees will be confirmed with you before we begin.

To Request a Repair or Warranty Service:
Please email us with clear photos of the item.
In the body of your email, include:
- Your name
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Once we receive your email, we’ll review it and get you taken care of!
Processing Time Estimate: Repairs typically take 1–2 weeks, plus shipping time.
If your piece isn't fitting perfectly, ship your piece back to us within 30 days of delivery and we will resize it free of charge.
