warranty from the date of purchase that covers manufacturer defects.
( Spring clasp breaking and chain disconnecting from the clasp/jump ring, stamping errors, wrong size. )

Items that qualify for the warranty will be repaired free of charge.

Our warranty doesn't cover items that were broken with force, such as accidentally pulling on the chain and breaking it. If your item doesn't qualify for the warranty, we may be able to repair it for a small fee and return fee. 

We offer all customers reworks, repairs, exchanges, and returns. for US customers.

1-2 weeks, plus shipping time.

If your piece isn't fitting perfectly, simply ship your piece back to us within 30 days of delivery and we will resize it free of charge.
