Shipping & Production Times

Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order, as we may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Every order includes a complimentary jewelry box and polishing cloth.

Standard Shipping

All orders are shipped through USPS using our standard shipping service unless another option is selected at checkout.

Made-to-Order and Custom Jewelry

Please allow approximately 3–8 business days for us to create and prepare your jewelry before it ships. Production may take a little longer during holidays and other busy seasons.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

Ready-to-ship items generally leave our studio within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Estimated Shipping Time

Standard shipping usually takes approximately 3–8 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, USPS operations, weather conditions, and seasonal mail volume. Please allow additional time during holidays and severe weather. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  • Check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, and any safe delivery locations.
  • Ask members of your household or nearby neighbors if they accepted the package.
  • Allow 1–2 additional business days, as USPS packages are occasionally marked as delivered before they arrive.
  • Contact your local USPS office with the tracking number and submit a USPS service request or claim if eligible.

If the package is still missing after completing these steps, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We’ll gladly provide any shipment details needed to help with your USPS inquiry.

Coco Wagner Design LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after USPS records them as delivered, or for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Any replacement or refund will be considered based on the circumstances of the order and the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.

Missing Package Policy

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, it’s your responsibility to contact USPS to locate the package. File a USPS Claim. Once a package leaves our studio, it is out of our hands. Coco Wagner Design LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

Holiday and Winter Shipping

Our studio is located in a small Wyoming town, about 1.5 hours from Yellowstone. Winter storms and heavy snowfall can occasionally delay outgoing mail and deliveries—sometimes by several days.

If you’re ordering for a holiday or special occasion, please order as early as possible. While we’ll always do our best to prepare your jewelry promptly, production and carrier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Need Your Order Sooner?

Because our jewelry is handmade to order, most pieces require 3–8 business days for production.

If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. If you have already ordered, include your order number in your message. We’ll let you know whether we can meet your requested date and whether rush production or upgraded shipping is available.
