Refund policy

We gladly accept returns.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders - Custom hand-stamped orders are final sales and cannot be returned/exchanged 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
  • We DO NOT allow any Fine Collection items to be returned/exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us. (Please don't forget to provide me with your full name and order number.)

PLEASE NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

• Returns - Send it back for a refund (minus an $8 shipping & handling fee) within 30 days of your delivery date. It will be processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your return.

• We do not provide free return labels.

  • Customers must provide a tracking number when returning jewelry.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of your jewelry during the return journey.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately ( please include a message with your name and order number ) if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

After Wear

  • Once jewelry has been received and worn, we will not issue refunds or replacements if the jewelry becomes damaged, faded, or lost. We cannot guarantee that the jewelry will remain in perfect condition after delivery, as each person wears it differently and we cannot control how it is used.

Repairable Items

  • If the item can be repaired, we will happily fix it for you.
  • A repair fee and return shipping cost will apply.
  • We do not issue refunds.

EXCHANGE

We do accept chain length exchanges and ring size exchanges.
There will be a charged reworking fee.
• Personalized pieces cannot be exchanged unless we have made a mistake with your order.
• At this time, we don't cover the cost of return shipping.

REFUNDS

Note: Jewelry that’s been worn is non-refundable, though we’re glad to assist with care and maintenance.

Allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be processed. This takes into consideration the transit time of the return package back to us. 

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 8-10 business days. 

Please note that your banking or credit card institution may require additional days to process and post transactions to your account, which may take up to 1-2 weeks for your credit to be acknowledged.
