RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our jewelry, most items are considered final sale.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to all shop policies listed below.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless an error was made on our end:

  • Personalized or custom hand-stamped jewelry
  • Fine Collection items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Because each piece is handmade to order, slight variations, stamp placement differences, and small imperfections may occur and are part of the handmade nature and uniqueness of the jewelry.

RETURNS

Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Customers must contact us before sending any return
  • Customers must provide a tracking number for the return shipment

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. $8 shipping & handling fee (deducted from refund)

A shipping & handling fee may be deducted from approved returns.

We do not provide free return labels.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 8–15 business days. Additional processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

EXCHANGES & RESIZING

We offer ring resizing and chain length adjustments on select pieces.

  • A reworking fee may apply depending on the requested adjustment
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Jewelry should be returned in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit

We reserve the right to deny resizing or exchange requests if the jewelry shows excessive wear, damage, or misuse.

Personalized items cannot be exchanged unless an error was made on our end.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

AFTER WEAR / CARE DISCLAIMER

Jewelry naturally experiences wear over time depending on usage, exposure to moisture, chemicals, skincare products, pools, hot tubs, perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, and body chemistry.

To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals and environments.

We do not guarantee against:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Tarnishing from improper care
  • Bent rings or chains
  • Fading caused by misuse or chemical exposure
  • Lost items
  • Damage caused after delivery

Water resistant does not mean indestructible.

Repair services may be available for an additional fee.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Once packages are accepted by USPS or the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, marked delivered packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

We cannot guarantee that all individuals will be free from skin sensitivities or allergic reactions.
