I lived in Kansas for 10 years, and that chapter of my life is filled with so many happy memories.
And if you’ve ever been to Kansas, you know sunflowers are everywhere. 🌻
They’re the state flower, but they’re not something you only see planted in gardens. You’ll see wild sunflowers growing along country roads, highways, open fields… sometimes just everywhere.
I always loved that.
To me, sunflowers feel happy. They’re bright, warm, strong, and always seem to find the sunshine.
That’s part of the reason I designed my Sunflower Ring.
I hand-stamp each little sunflower into the metal, so no two rings ever come out exactly the same. That imperfect, handmade look is actually my favorite part.
I wear mine all the time.
Not just because I love sunflowers, but because every time I look at it, it reminds me of those 10 years in Kansas and how much happiness that chapter of my life gave me.
What the sunflower means to me 🌻
Sunflowers are often connected with happiness, warmth, positivity, loyalty, and looking toward the light.
I think that’s why this flower means so much to me.
Sometimes jewelry doesn’t have to represent one big event.
Sometimes it can simply remind you of a place you loved, a happy chapter of your life, or the little things you never want to forget.
For me, this sunflower will always be a little piece of Kansas that I can wear wherever life takes me. 🌻
